We don’t want to limit the topics on what can be discussed, but we do expect everyone to take part in healthy discussions and treat each other with respect. That is what the Code of Conduct is for!

Before scheduling a call with your mentor, please review their LinkedIn profile! Make sure that they are aligned with what you want to talk about.

• Is this mentor in a position I want more insight about?
• Is this mentor in a field I’m interested in?
• Is this mentor’s work history standing out to me? What do I want to know more about this?
• Is this person’s talking points of interest something I want to know more about?
